Had an excellent experience with Paradise moving. Easy to schedule pickup and excellent hassle-free packing for my 2 bedroom place in SF. They stored for 3 weeks and accommodated me asking to move the drop off date twice; the dispatcher didn’t get annoyed and was super easy to contact. Drop-off was smooth; right on time, efficient, and friendly. Nothing was lost or broken, which is miraculous for a cross-state move with storage. Only note is that the total came in $900 over the higher end of their original estimate, perhaps because packing took longer than expected. I had originally chosen Paradise because they were $1k cheaper than another quote; they may estimate on the low end to get the work. I would still recommend, and given the quality of the experience, was not unhappy to pay the overage, but fair warning that the cost is just an estimate.

I’m a building professional, needed a very heavy bathtub carried up to a 3rd floor bathroom, interior finishes of the renovations were already completed. It was scheduled quickly, newly installed staircase finishes were protected, in and out quickly without any issues. Extremely professional!

We had a fantastic experience with Paradise Movers. Dante and Manuel worked so hard for us and we truly could not have done it without them. They were fast, cautious with our things, and very pleasant to spend a moving day with. We had some very heavy items and a ton of delicate plants. They took care of it all and were very patient with placement in the new house. Great movers. Highly recommend.

These guys were so professional and very sweet to my 7 yr old son. They went above and beyond, never said no, took care of everything super fast and even came back to help me find a couple items after they’d already packed up and got in the van. 5 Stars!

Their team was incredibly careful and thorough, ensuring every item was handled with the utmost safety and attention. The crew was also remarkably expeditious, while ensuring both homes remained clean and unscathed (we appreciated the “red carpet”). Crucially, they delivered everything on time and precisely within budget, honoring the original quote, and communicating with us thoroughly. After a short video walkthrough, they quickly had an estimate ready for a 3 hour away move. Workers were quick and cautious. Nailed their estimated time on the estimate with loading and unloading. I would 100% use them again.

With Paradise, we had a great long distance move. It started with a thorough estimate (and a final cost less than the estimate). Packing was efficient. Not a single item damaged. Gio and team worked so hard and with great attitudes. I have moved many times. This was my best experience.

I used Paradise Moving Services to move from Emeryville to San Francisco, and the experience was excellent! The quote was fair, and the movers arrived right on time. Darwin and David were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to assess what needed to be moved, then handled the packing and unpacking seamlessly. Everything was done quickly and carefully. Highly recommend their service!
